Learn in community as we continue our Son Jarocho workshop series! This Son Jarocho workshop will be guided by Ulises Rodriguez.
In this immersive workshop, you’ll learn about the dynamics of a “Fandango.” Learn to sing traditional versos, be introduced to the rhythmic footwork of zapateado, and explore the distinctive sounds of jarana while understanding the dynamics of a “Fandango” festivity.
Musicians of all backgrounds are invited to bring their instruments and join the celebration.
