March 1 @ 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Please join Noé Montes for a special tour of his exhibition, which features photographic portraits of working people and communities of color in Coachella Valley, the Inland Empire, and Cuyama (Central Valley). He’ll share personal stories of how the residents with whom he collaborates face the social and environmental impacts of extractive industries (agriculture, logistics, oil) and resist exploitation, whether through activism, cultural preservation, or the richness of family and daily life.
Free
The exhibition “Noé Montes: Regional History” is on view through April 26, 2026
