Join us for our next plática with artist Yreina D. Cervántez as she discusses over 50 years of her cultural and artistic production. This is presented in connection with the latest edition of Shifting Perspectives: Cheech Collects, an exhibition featuring new acquisitions to The Cheech Center Collection including Cervántez’s Camino Largo.

Pláticas at The Cheech engage dialogue as a creative practice. They are a space for conversations across communities and generations where we explore the complexities and nuances of Chicanx art & culture. Join the conversation.
Pláticas take place in the Cheech auditorium or the Sala José Jaime Medina. Usually scheduled during the museum’s open hours, they are free for members and free with admission for non-members.
