An Artist Group of the Riverside Art Museum

The Plein Air Artists of Riverside (PAAR) love the landscape of Southern California. PAAR’s mission is to promote plein air painting while advancing the legacy of the California plein air painting movement. To that end, PAAR offers educational opportunities to its members and to the larger, multicultural communities of San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. Out of love for the landscape, PAAR seeks to promote appreciation and protection of the natural beauty of the Inland Empire.

PAAR holds quarterly meetings/demos and get together on a monthly basis to paint on location together.
