Summer Week-Long Classes and Workshops

Virtual 5-Class Session:
$50 (RAM Family level members and above: $46.25) | Each class is one hour
Includes either a livestream lesson or pre-recorded lesson, fun worksheets, an interactive web portal (link will be emailed to you after you register and pay), and virtual office hours (pre-recorded only)

The difference between a livestream lesson and a pre-recorded lesson is that students CAN interact live with the instructor during a livestream lesson, while students CANNOT interact with the instructor during a pre-recorded lesson. Livestream lessons will be recorded and posted in the interactive web portal for that class if you miss it.

Pre-recorded Lesson Virtual Office Hours: Wednesdays and Fridays at 1 p.m., for students to ask instructor questions.

For examples of what the interactive web portals will be like, click here.

Virtual 1-Day Workshop: $10 | Each workshop is one hour
(RAM Family level members and above: $8.50/workshop)
Includes a pre-recorded lesson, fun worksheets as needed,
and an interactive web portal (link will be emailed to you after you register and pay)

Basic materials students will need at home to participate in our virtual workshopspaper, construction paper, scissors, glue, paint (red, yellow, blue, white, and black), watercolor palette, paint brushes, coloring tools (crayons, oil pastels, colored pencils, or markers), pencils, eraser.

Additional materials may be necessary for certain classes/workshops. Please see session/workshop descriptions below for details.

If you need supplies for any session or workshop you have signed your child up for, please contact Caryn Marsella at cmarsella@riversideartmuseum.org and we will supply them for an additional fee.

Prerequisites: You will need a gmail account to access our interactive web portal to get to the virtual lessons, worksheets, classroom forums, art gallery where you can post your artwork, and more. You will also need Zoom for all livestream virtual classes.

We also hope to introduce classes back at RAM later in the summer as the situation evolves. If that occurs and you register for those classes, we will email you with our new procedures and requirements to keep you, your child, and our staff safe.
